Off-sets formed on lower parts of scions disturb a secure setting during the rooting process.
I removed all off-sets formed on there to prepare for the rooting happened in September.
The photo is the removed off-sets, Ariocarpus retusus related cultivars.
They are sit on 5 cm square tubes and wait also until September.
