Cactus / miracle kabuto + fissuratus

They are a pair of fusion trial species.
Species are Astrophytum asterias cv miracle kabuto and Ariocarpus fissuratus.
The miracle kabuto is in flower. Fissuratus will be in flower in autumn.

Cactus / miracle kabuto

Several young miracle kabutos were in flower yesterday.
They were sown seeds in 2012.
The photo is one of them, 7cm in diameter.

Cactus / hanazono kabuto

A matured Astrophytum asterias cv hanazono kabuto was in flower yesterday.
The cactus shows the character of 'hanazon"quite well.
I bought seeds and sowed in 2006.
The current size is 15 cm in diametser.

Cactus / buiningii

A degrafted Uebelmannia buiningii was in flower.
I bought seeds and sowed in 2006.
Ubelmannia are in flower many times between spring and autumn.

Cactus / fukuryu hannya

I think this cactus is an astrophytum hybrid, fukuryu hannya.
I propagated this one from seed given from my friend.
Since it is given seed, I am not sure the detail of the parents.
The cactus shows the character of ornatum strongly.
The size is 8 cm in diameter.

Cactus / hintonii

Autumn has not been in here yet but cacti know it will be soon.
Two Ariocarpus brevoanus v hintonii were in flower.
They are degrafted and rooted.
The photo is one of them, 7 cm in diameter.
Ariocarpus bravoanus hintonii is a small cactus.

Cactus / armatum

The photo is a Gymnocalycium spegazzinii v armatum sp nova.
I bought 20 seeds and sowed in 2003.
Only one has been servived unfortunately.
