Cactus / armatum

The photo is a Gymnocalycium spegazzinii v armatum sp nova.
I bought seeds and sowed on 16th November 2003.
It looks very healthy since I repotted it in September.

Cactus / miracle kabuto seedling

My main collection is Astrophytum asterias.
I collect seeds from my plants and sow every year.
You can see various faces of asterias seedlings when you propagated from seeds.
The photo is a good miracle kabuto, sown seed in 2012.
It has fluffy flecking, 5 cm in diameter.

Cactus / Onzuka

This Astrophytum myriostigma cv Onzuka is 2 years old.
I degrafted this last September with a short Pereskiopsis stocks.

Cactus / Astrophytum hybrid

An astrophytum hybrid, senill x super kabuto was in flower.
The body shows mixing of both parents.
I rooted an off-set removed from a grafted plant.

Cactus / hanazono kabuto

This one is a quite old hanazono kabuto, 16 cm in diameter.
It is very flat and starfish shape.
I bought seeds and sowed in 2003.

Cactus / miracle kabuto

Many miracle kabutos were in flower.
The photo is one of them.
I collected seeds from my plants and sowed in 2006.

Cactus / red flowering super kabuto

A red flowering super kabuto was in flower yesterday.
Actually the color is not true red, reddish.
This one was propagated from normal super kabuto seeds.
It may be mix red flowering gene in history.
