I bought seeds and sowed in 2006.

This old cactus is 20 cm tall and 17 cm in diameter.

9 more siblings have pushed flowering buds up. I will see more flowers soon.

A pelecyphora aselliformis was in flower in this afternoon.

The cactus is a rooted  off-set. The rooting of this species is not so difficult.

The cactus is just 5 cm in diameter.

 I have kept two leuchtenbergia pricipis. One of the was in flower yesterday.

I bought them in 2006, which were very small plants.

They are around 25 cm in diameter currently.
