A Discocactus horstii was in flower.
The growing point of main body was damaged by unknown reasons and formed off-sets.
Flowers have come out from one of off-sets.

Cactus / placentiformis

Yesterday was very hot.
The maximum temperature was 47 'C and the minimum also was 31 'C.
I could see flowers of Discocactus placentiformis v latispinus in this morning.

An ariocarpus kotschoubeyanus was in flower.
It should be in flower in May, too early flowering.
I assume daytime has been shorter gradually and the cactus reacts against to the change.

A 1st filial red flowering hanazono kabuto was in flower.
This one started to show the character of "hanazono" lately.

Cactus / castanea

An Frailea castanea was in flower yesterday.
Buds of Frailea are finished off without opening normally but it was opened actually.
Since I lost many of this species, I have tried to regain quantity but the germination rate of this species is quite poor by unknown reasons.

Cactus / super kabuto

A super kabuto was in flower.
I think this one is one of good super kabutos in my greenhouse.
The size is 13 cm in diameter.

Cactus / miracle kabuto

Since hot days had continued a while, it was not easy to get in greenhouses.
Several asterias were in flower yesterday.
The photo is one of them, a miracle kabuto.
